SUBJECT: Class 14-014 ABOLC-B/AWOBC End obviously After Action Review

2 . CONCERN: History Classes
a. DIALOGUE: The classroom portion of the lesson was far less instructing than the modern aviation museum portion. Furthermore the museum lessons was lower short as a result of it just being a 1 / 2 days lessons instead of a complete one.
n. RECOMMENDATION: Eliminate the class place portion of the course and extend the museum tour to a total day. In this way it is more educating and beneficial for the complete class.
3. ISSUE: Student Lead Physical exercise
a. DEBATE: Allowing the scholars to come up with the Physical Fitness plan for the BOLC was greatly beneficial. It allowed new exercises to be executed and for us to make an effort away from the common pushup/sit-up program.
b. ADVICE: Keep this kind of as part of the program. It might help to add a bit more direction nevertheless to make sure college students are not running or operating legs every day.
3. CONCERN: Teaching and Testing
a. DISCUSSION: The fact that material was taught from this course was easy to understand and helped you grasp the ideas behind the topics rather than just memorize definitions. The tests helped to reinforce that with queries that built you think about this article and produce an answer rather than just blanket book questions.
n. RECOMMENDATION: Continue to keep this within the course too. It was a great way to learn the topics and devote these to memory.
